The Janata Dal (United) on Sunday expelled party member Iqbal Hussain from the party, after a CCTV footage of the man threatening another at gunpoint went viral.
The incident took place in Gaya, after a scuffle broke out between the owner of a gas station and Hussain over parking.
Both the parties have registered an FIR each with the local police, who are now investigating the matter.
