A shocking footage from Vaishali district in Bihar shows some police personnel in Vaishali district of Bihar overseeing a corpse being dragged out of a river and beyond, with a rope tied around its neck.
A dead body was spotted by locals in the river Ganga and the police officials showed no sensitivity in the method deployed to retrieve the body.
