A building within the premises of the head office of Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) in Sempora area of Pampore on the outskirts of the city caught fire on Monday morning
One soldier was injured and multiple militants were captured in the encounter.
The building located on outskirts of Srinagar is being attacked for the second time this year. A similar encounter took place on 22 Feb and lasted for more than 48 hours killing six people.
