Aamir Khan joined The Quint for a FB Live, and talked about his upcoming movie Dangal and the rigorous fitness regime he had to follow to prepare for the role.

The actor explained the routine he had followed to lose 38 percent of his body fat. However, he agreed that the most muscular and well-built body in the industry belongs to Salman Khan.
