Note Ban: If City Banks are Struggling, What About Gramin Banks?

After demonetisation of Rs 500 and 1000 notes, chaos and panic has hit the country. Big banks and metro cities are struggling with a cash crunch, but what about the rural areas and the age old gramin banks in the country?
