Xiaomi has launched the all new Mi4C in China. This smartphone is only made for China and it’s sadly not coming to India.
The phone features a Snapdragon 808 6-core 64-bit processor and comes with Xiaomi’s 5-inch full HD sunlight display. It’s a similar display to the one on the Xiaomi Mi4i and Mi4 in India.
This is also the first phone by Xiaomi to feature USB Type-C. The only phone in India to feature a USB Type-C right now is the OnePlus 2.
Xiaomi has loaded the Mi4C with a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus. There is also a 5-megapixel camera for selfies on this phone.
The phone has a 3080mAh battery and two storage options of 16 and 32GB.
The 16GB variant will run 2GB of RAM while the 32GB version will come with 3GB of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi4C will be a dual-SIM smartphone with 4G LTE compatibility. In China, the phone starts at RMB 1,299, which roughly translates to Rs 15,000 in India.
Just like the ‘i’ in the Mi4i stood for India, the ‘C’ in the Mi4C stands for China.
