WhatsApp Down: Users Panic as the Messaging App Stops Working

Panic spread across all social media sites when WhatsApp users were unable to send or receive messages on the app.

WhatsApp went offline at around 10:30 pm IST, with issues reported in dozens of countries in Europe and Asia.

Down Detector reported the messaging app’s issue and said, "Whatsapp is having issues since 22:40. Are you also affected?"

People started tweeting about not being able to use WhatsApp and some of them were taking it lightly.
