This is way users wouldn’t lose their already created and posted videos, but you won’t be able to create new video clips on Vine anymore.
The closure of Vine in many ways means that Twitter is looking to reinvent itself as a platform. The platform and its CEO, Jack Dorsey has been under intense pressure to get things working at the company, and somehow you get a feeling that Vine had run its course.
