If you’re an avid player of PUBG Mobile or Fortnite and play hours on your iPhone then you probably shouldn’t update to the latest iOS version for your device.

According to a report in The Verge, the popular mobile games have a few compatibility issues with the iOS 13 version, which rolled out to users across the globe last week.

This has occurred, after it came to light that iOS 13 was reportedly carrying some bugs, and one of them has resulted in a not-so-pleasant experience for the gamers, especially when they’re playing with three fingers.

But thankfully, Apple is expected to fix the glitch with the iOS 13.1 update, which will be available on 24 September, as confirmed by the company a few days back.

The basic issue with iOS 13 for PUBG Mobile and Fortnite was its gesture support used by people maneuvering through the game, where it was mistakenly opening the text editing bar. PUBG has confirmed the issue and it is hopeful of working this out with Apple through its next update.

And the makers of Fortnite, Epic Games, quoted in this report has also admitted to the issue, which is likely to get fixed with iOS 13.1 rollout. Multiple beta users of iOS 13.1 have noticed the improvement, which raises hopes for iPhone users who’ll be getting the update in the coming days.

We’ve heard this should be fixed with the release of iOS 13.1.

Apple is expected to release iOS 13.1 version in the coming days, with many people complaining about bugs and performance issues after upgrading to iOS 13 last week. It remains to be seen if buyers of the iPhone 11 series face similar problems with the version or if it is just affecting those with existing models.

Either ways, PUBG Mobile gamers, wait for the iOS 13.1 update, which is most likely to fix the ongoing issues.
