Moto G5 Plus vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 4: Camera Shoot Comparison
We compare the cameras of both these mid-range phones, priced under Rs 17,000.
Moto G5 Plus made its way to the Indian market last week, giving Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4 a run for its money. This is the first metal-laden Moto G phone, packing the latest features that a mid-range phone has to offer right now.
But every smartphone user these days wants to know if the phone they’re buying has a camera which is capable of matching their needs.
So, we’ve decided to test both these devices by clicking multiple pictures, giving you the answer as to which one of these has a better camera. Take a look at these images, and decide which one suits you better.
As you can see, the image clicked with Moto G5 Plus offers better details, but the colour reproduction of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 results in brighter picture. We also noticed the time lag on the Redmi Note 4 while it processes the image after clicking it.
The colour difference is evident yet again. While we would give more marks to Moto G5 Plus for managing to pack in more details, even though the display fails to give full justice to the picture.
This unedited image shows you the gulf in the level of colours that both these phones offer. If the sensor lets more light pass through, it could have a direct effect on the level of details that the Moto G5 Plus manages in the image above.
So, as you can see with all these images, Moto G5 Plus offers better images with details, but for that, you need to make the best of its focus feature. The phone’s display lacks the bite that the Redmi Note 4 manages to pack, even though the processing speed of the Redmi Note 4 is slower than Moto G5 Plus.
All in all, we feel that both these phones are evenly matched, balancing each other with their strengths and weaknesses.
