Most of us have wondered about the reasons for Xiaomi’s reluctance to launch its affordable Mi TVs in India. Now another Chinese brand, LeEco, plans to steal Xiaomi’s thunder by bringing its range of Super televisions in the country next month.

The company is hosting a media event to announce its range of TVs which further expands its range of products available in India.

The company has a slew of LED TVs that get full-HD as well as 4K resolution. They are also smart in nature, capable of letting you surf the web and even do Skype chats with your distant relatives or friends.

These televisions are quite powerful as well, with latest processor and high amount of RAM which delivers excellent viewing experience, as advertised by the brand often.

The Super TVs are much in line with current TV trends — with slim, uncluttered design and appealing with its thin size bezels. You also get a host of connectivity ports.

For its TVs, LeEco has been promoting its set of content which were first made available with the LeEco Le phones earlier this year.

So, while Xiaomi ponders when the Mi TVs should be launched in India, LeEco is set to make the first move soon. Having said that, it’ll be interesting to see if a mobile brand can attract buyers in a space occupied by traditional brands like Samsung, Sony, LG and even the likes of Micromax.

Everything depends on the pricing, on which we’re certain that LeEco will be competitive, just like their phones.
