There are only a few smartphones in the world for which people would sit online for hours and hunt for their leaked specifications and pictures. Brands like Samsung & OnePlus have been at the receiving end of the premature leaks of their flagship devices earlier, and now, Apple is grabbing headlines for some leaked images and specifications of its upcoming flagship – iPhone 8. Also, 2017 marks Apple’s 10th anniversary, and therefore, we are expecting Apple to launch a revolutionary device.

Here is a look at some of the rumoured design additions, specifications, pricing, and release date of the upcoming iPhone flagship.

A Dandy Design on the Cards

Seeing that smartphone makers are now looking to offer edgeless designs to customers, rumour has it that Apple is also trotting down the road with an edgeless design for the new iPhone.

Leaked images show that the iPhone flagship comes with a full glass body and sports an OLED display. This will help deliver sharper visuals, better brightness, and reduce battery consumption.

We can expect a 5.8-inch display on the new iPhone, somewhat similar to the one on Samsung S8.

The edge-to-edge display makes way for a completely new design to the famous home touch ID. The leaked images suggest that Apple is getting rid of the physical home button altogether and embedding the sensor beneath the OLED display. Something copied inspired by the S8 home button. No finality on where the fingerprint scanner, if at all, will be placed.

The Likely iPhone 8 Specifications

Apart from the display and the home button, there are a lot of changes expected on the inside as well.
