While mobile internet is understandably under the telco’s purview, as part of Postpaid Promise, the company will now also cover handset repair expenses in case of accidental damage. You heard that right. This means that as an Airtel Postpaid customer your smartphone is now not just your responsibility, but also Airtel’s. At a nominal cost you get to protect your phone against accidental physical and liquid damage.
Family Plans
Being on Airtel also lets you save upto 20% on your family bills. You can get upto 5 members of your family on to a single plan and save a fair chunk on your postpaid bills.
Zero data wastage, handset damage protection and money-saving family plan – It’s clear that Airtel believes in putting customer satisfaction above all else.
