- In a new return policy, Flipkart, which earlier allowed customers to return a product within 30 days of purchase, will now give consumers a 10-day window, reported The Economic Times.
- The e-retailer has also hiked the commission that sellers have to pay to the site, a policy that will come into effect from 20 June.
- The revised policy is applicable on categories like mobile phones, electronics and books. However, for products like footwear, eyewear, jewellery and clothing, the 30-day window still applies.
