Motorola’s Moto 360 smartwatch for this year has made its way to India in five variants. Smartwatch is seen as a right luxury item right now and for Rs 19,999 the reasons are abundantly clear.
Motorola’s wearable runs on Android Wear operating system version 2.0 that supports Wi-Fi and offers voice-command features as well.
In comparison to the first generation Moto 360, this year’s version have been crafted with design and style in mind, something that was lacking in the 2014 version.
You get the Moto 360 (2015) in myriad options, both in terms of material and size. Following Apple’s footsteps, Motorola has opted to sell the smartwatch in 42 and 46-mm variants.
Available on Flipkart, Moto 360 (2015) has been priced at Rs 19,999 to start with for the leather-strap model, all the way up to Rs 23,999 for the steel 46-mm variant.

What About the Battery?
Motorola has loaded the 42-mm smartwatch with a 300mAh battery while the 46-mm model is equipped with a 400mAh unit. The company has promised a battery life of up to 2 days with the 2015 edition and while that may be stretching too far, it is safe to assume that this year’s Moto 360 may have a longer battery life than last year’s model.
Motorola went with Texas Instrument processor for the first-gen Moto 360 smartwatch and the results have been poor. This year, they have chosen the tried-and-tested Snapdragon 410 processor that can be seen running on many affordable smartphones these days.
Fair to say that Motorola Moto 360 (2015) will stand out because of its style quotient, but the price might weigh you down.
