On Aug 21, Flipkart launched a one-of-its-kind survey on their app. The aim of the survey was to understand the pulse of the Indian youth when it came to smartphones. The results of this survey which came out the next day threw up interesting observations.
India had spoken. A ‘notch display screen’ emerged as the most wanted feature in a smartphone and ‘performance’ came out to be the single important factor people look for in a phone. Also when it came to smartphone colour, people preferred black over blue. This survey and its interesting results got even the tech community talking.
In the context of the survey, actor Ayushmann Khurrana too was all praises for the ‘notch’ display as he felt it elevates the overall look and style of the phone. Hear hear.
