They rode with one purpose – nutrition for every child.

A bike rally, named ‘kNOw Hunger Ride’, was jointly organised by World Vision India and Delhi Bikers Breakfast Run (DBBR). It was a part of World Vision India’s national campaign ‘24 Hour Famine’, and the goal was to spread awareness on hunger and malnutrition.

The 10 riders, belonging to the DBBR group, started their journey from India Gate in New Delhi.

The group went to some of the most remote parts of the country – a journey that stretched to nearly 1,400 kilometres, bringing them face-to-face with what it means to go without three square meals a day.

The group crossed Jaipur, Tonk and Bundi on the way to their destination, Baran.

The rally gave the bikers a chance to understand the effects of malnutrition, especially in children.
