Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli has completed his 3,000 runs in Test Cricket. The flamboyant batsman reached this mark during the first test between India and West Indies in Antigua.

Coming onto bat after Cheteshwar Pujara top edged one to the slips, Virat Kohli paced his innings in his aggressive manner. Scoring a boundary at the the start gave him the momentum before the old fashioned cover drive made him the eighth fastest Indian to reach the 3,000 run mark. Swashbuckler opener Virender Sehwag was the fastest to reach the total in just 55 innings, Virat hunted it down in 73 innings.
