The Border-Gavaskar Trophy’s Coming Home! India Celebrate Big Win

Team India celebrated their 137-run win over Australia at Melbourne on Sunday, 30 December.

With one match still remaining, India have already assured themselves the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after a 137-run win over Australia in the third Test in Melbourne.

Virat Kohli and co completed the proceedings on Sunday, 30 December, to take an unassailable 2-1 lead in the four-match Test series. Now that the Aussies only have a chance at drawing the series and not winning it, India will inevitably be bringing the Cup home, having won the previous series back in 2016-17.

After the third Test, that stretched all five days at the MCG, the Indian squad along with their support staff celebrated the memorable win.
