Sourav Ganguly loves social media. He is an active user of both his Instagram and Twitter accounts and has a strong fan base engaging with him on both platforms.
The Day/Night Test against Bangladesh saw Ganguly celebrate the momentous occasion through constant updates on his social media ccounts. From appreciating Kolkata turning pink, to even sweet shops selling pink sweets, Ganguly loved celebrating this historic game.
Ganguly posted a picture of himself on Instagram where he is looking relatively stern. The picture is without a caption and is from the post-match ceremony after India beat Bangladesh by an innings and 46 runs.
While most of Ganguly’s fans were absolutely loving the picture, his own daughter wasn’t going to give him the same affirmation his legions of fans did.
Sana Ganguly commented on the picture asking ‘What is it that you’re not liking?”. Ganguly simply responded saying “@sanaganguly .. that ur becoming so disobedient (sic)”
The hilarious exchange between father and daughter won over many. Fans replied to the comment with emojis expressing their fondness for Dada, and the cute banter between the father-daughter duo.
