‘Shaw Show’: Sachin, Sehwag Laud Prithvi Shaw’s Century on Debut

‘What a moment!’ tweeted Harbhajan as Shaw became the second youngest Indian after Sachin to score a Test century.

After scoring centuries in his first Ranji Trophy and Duleep Trophy matches, Prithvi Shaw smashed a hundred in his debut match in international cricket on Thursday, 4 October.

‘What a moment!’ tweeted Harbhajan Singh as the 18-year-old brought up his hundred off 99 balls, and became the second youngest Indian after Sachin Tendulkar to score a century in Test cricket.

Virender Sehwag and VVS Laxman among others lauded the young cricketer’s memorable knock.
