Amidst all the controversy and hullabaloo surrounding yesterday’s match, there was one moment that had everyone in splits.
Ben Stokes was to bowl the last over and “SIR” Ravindra Jadeja was on strike. Stokes delivered a juicy half-volley, and Jadeja absolutely smoked it over for a massive six. But Stokes fell after delivering the ball and so did Jadeja after hitting it.
MS Dhoni came charging towards the strikers end and repeatedly signalled Jadeja to get up and run. Only after having a look back did MS Dhoni realise, that Jadeja had hit the ball out of the park and into the stands.
MS Dhoni patted Jadeja on the back of his helmet with the bat which turned out to be one of the highlights of the match.

One Twitter user wrote, ‘18 to get off the final over, and only one team's under pressure’.
Mitchell Santner smoked the last ball for a six to eventually take his side home. The game also marked MS Dhoni’s 100th win as the captain. Jadeja too, got to the the tally of 100 Wickets in this match.
Chennai Super Kings are placed at the top of the table with 12 points, having won 6 out of their 7 games.
