Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been spending some quality time in England between India’s World Cup matches but the Indian skipper’s wife was yet to be spotted in the stands.
However, the Bollywood actress and producer has finally been spotted in the stands during India’s final group stage match against Sri Lanka on Saturday, 6 July, in Headingley in Leeds.
Earlier in the tournament, Anushka had been spotted at Manchester where India played Pakistan in their group stage match, but the actress wasn’t seen at the stadium.
Ahead of the game at Leeds, Virat and Anushka had posted pictures with each other on their social media accounts from a day out in the town.
India have already made their way through to the semifinals of the ICC World Cup along with Australia, England and New Zealand. The match between India and Sri Lanka is the penultimate game before the semifinals begin on 9 July.
Australia are playing South Africa in the final league game of the World Cup on Saturday as well.
Meanwhile, West Indies , Bangladesh, Afghanistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan have already been eliminated from the tournament. The final of the ICC World Cup will be played at Lord’s on 14 July.
