Twitter Slams 3rd Umpire with Memes over Rohit’s Dismissal

Opener Rohit Sharma was dismissed very early in the innings at 18 runs against West Indies.

It was the last ball of the fifth over and Roach was bowling to Sharma. The third umpire said bat and Roach struck a huge blow to the Indian team.

The on-field umpire adjudged him not out. However, the Windies went for a review and the third umpire disagreed with the original decision given by the on-field umpire.

The replays were not in favour of third umpire’s decision as the ball seemed to have touched the pad.

Fans were very disappointed with the decision and many took to Twitter to talk about the ‘unfair’ decision with memes.
