Cesc Fabregas and his new wife Daniella Semaan continued their wedding celebrations in Ibiza Tuesday night, hosting a star-studded bash that was attended by Premier League and La Liga stars.
Fabregas and Semaan have been dating for a few years and have two daughters and a son together. They got married in a close ceremony earlier this May. But with the World Cup now out of the way, the couple threw a post-wedding party to celebrate with their friends from the football fraternity at the Balearic island in Ibiza.
Headlining the guest-list were Fabregas’ former teammates from his Barcelona days Lionel Messi and also Luis Suarez. Retired French and Arsenal star Tierry Henry and also John Terry were seen celebrating at the all-white themed party.
Fabregas flew down his Chelsea teammates Pedro, Marcos Alonso, Ross Barkley, Ethan Ampadu and Davide Zappacosta in a private jet to Spain after being granted a mid-week leave by new manager Maurizio Sarri. Also joining them on the flight was former captain John Terry and his wife.
Chelsea returned to their home base in London on Tuesday morning itself after a short pre-season tour to Australia where they beat Perth Glory on Monday.
The team’s next training session on Wednesday has been made optional for the players who didn’t travel to Ibiza. Full training is scheduled to resume on Thursday.
