Rohit Sharma Buys Villa at Suniel Shetty’s Project Near Mumbai

The newly weds reportedly splurged on a villa in Khandala.

Cricketer and current captain of Mumbai Indians Rohit Sharma has reportedly bought a sprawling 7,500 sq-ft villa for a whopping Rs 5 crore at Suniel Shetty’s residential project in Khandala, sources close to the two confirmed.

The 5 BHK villa with a lawn and a swimming pool is apparently under construction. The plot in the residential project called ‘Discovery’ covers a total area of about 10,000 square feet.

Discovery spreads across seven acres and contains more than 21 bungalows. This project belongs to S2 Realty, a company owned by actor Suniel Shetty and his wife, along with some others.

Not everyone can buy a villa in this project. As soon as someone shows interest, a thorough background check is done before taking it further, sources confirm.

We wonder who newly-weds Rohit and Ritika Sharma’s neighbours will be!
