After Lesnar’s announcement, the current plans for Cormier is to have a re-match with Stipe Miocic. The two earlier fought at UFC 226 last July where Daniel knocked Miocic out.

Brock lesnar last competed in the Octagon at UFC 200 in July 2016 where he earned a victory over Mark Hunt. The win was later turned into a no-result because Lesnar failed the drug test.

Lesnar’s MMA record stands at 5-3 (1 NR).

Lesnar is currently under contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). His last fight in the squared circle saw him lose the Universal Championship to “The King Slayer” Seth Rollins.

Brock Lesnar is one of the biggest draws in the history of sports entertainment. He is the Second youngest WWE champion of all time, having won the coveted title at the age of 25. He also defeated The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30 to break The Deadman’s undefeated streak.

With Lesnar officially calling time on his MMA career, it will be quite interesting to see where what the future holds for him in WWE.
