Kuldeep Yadav (4/39), Mohammed Shami (3/19) helped India bowl out the hosts for 157 runs. Sharma and Dhawan gave India an opening partnership of 42 runs before the later was dimissed by Bracewell. Kohli scored 45 runs and was dismissed by Lockie Ferguson.
