A Lead of 100 Runs Will be Vital For Australia: Nishant

The Quint's cricket expert Nishant Arora said in his recap of day one of the second India-Australia Test that a lead of 100 runs will be vital for Australia.

The Indian batsmen failed to handle spin bowling yet again and were all out for 189 runs in the first innings, before Australia ended day one at 40/0 in Bengaluru.

Nishant added that though Australia are in the driver's seat, India can still come back into the game.

Nathan Lyon and Steve O'Keefe used their resources well and constantly applied pressure on the Indians on the first day of the second Test at Bengaluru.
