The Indian Premier League 2015 will have a new schedule owing to municipal elections in Kolkata that are set to take place on April 18.

BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur stated in a statement that IPL organisers decided to shift the dates of a few Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) home games, on the request of the Kolkata Police,

As a result, there will be no home matches of the KKR at the Eden Gardens from 12 April 2015 to 25 April 2015. But because of this change, dates for other games have also been affected.

Here are the games whose schedules are now revised:

The match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata, which was to be played at 8:00 pm on April 14, has been shifted to April 30.

The match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils, which was to be played at 8:00 pm on April 28, has been shifted to May 7.

The match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai, which was to be played at 8:00 pm on April 30, has been shifted to April 28.

The 4:00 pm game between Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians at Ahmedabad, on April 14, will now be played at 8:00 pm.

The 8:00 pm game between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad in Mumbai on May 7, will now be played at 4:00 pm.
