After the success of Gully Boy, Zoya Akhtar has turned her attention to her upcoming web series Made in Heaven, which she has created with long-time collaborator Reema Kagti. A special screening of part of the eight-part series was recently held in Mumbai. Members of the cast of Gully Boy, including Siddhant Chaturvedi - aka MC Sher, Vijay Varma and Chaitanya Sharma; Javed Akhtar and Mallika Dua were among those present at the event.

The series stars Arjun Mathur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora and Shivani Raghuvanshi, and is the story of two wedding planners promising couples their ‘happy ever after’, while also displaying what seems to be the ugly truth of the complexities around relationships. It releases on Amazon Prime on 8 March.
