None other than Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was the chief guest to launch a new heritage postal stamp at Mumbai’s recently renovated Bandra railway station on Friday 23 August. Shah Rukh, who also happens to live in Bandra, created quite a ruckus when he made an appearance among the travellers at the crowded station. Shah Rukh shared his fondness for the practice of writing letters, saying, “I think there is a certain romanticism about writing letters.” He also encouraged the crowd to use the post and send letters instead of texts and messages over the internet.
