Alia Bhatt and beau Ranbir Kapoor were spotted at Mumbai airport having returned from vacationing in Europe. Alia was seen dressed in peach with a light blue cape, while Ranbir rocked an orange and blue jacket and distressed denim trousers.
Alia and Ranbir recently wrapped up shooting for their upcoming film Brahmastra in Berlin after which they headed out for a short vacation in Europe. Alia posted a photo of herself eating ice cream and basking in the sun in Switzerland and captioned it: “In a world full of hate, BE LOVE - oh & eat ice cream.”
Many speculated that Ranbir and Alia would make a trip to Lake Como in Italy – the same destination where Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone tied the knot. This led to rumours that they might be heading there to get married, though Alia’s mother Soni Razdan was quick to debunk them, calling them “totally baseless”.
Director Ayan Mukerji had earlier shared a video of Ranbir practising for his role in the film while the team was shooting in Berlin.
Ranbir and Alia co-star in Brahmastra, a three-part fantasy adventure directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film was supposed to release on Christmas this year but will now hit theatres during summer 2020. Besides Brahmastra, Alia will also be seen opposite Pooja Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in Sadak 2, a sequel to the 1991 film directed by Mahesh Bhatt.
