Action hai, drama hai, romance hai suspense hai...and the stories of the majority of Indians, most of whom are constantly invisibilised, persecuted, and discriminated against. When the current generation(s) thinks of Yash Chopra, they remember Switzerland, Kashmir, chiffon sarees. They forget films about mines, communal violence, greed, and more. Yash Chopra told the stories which needed to be told, and he entertained you while at it.
