In the political noise of elections, do we forget to look at what really matters to ordinary people? What, for example, do young women of Uttar Pradesh most care about in these elections? In a village of Chitepur near Kanpur, Barkha Dutt met two sisters - Arti and Nidhi. There is no toilet in their home and no public toilet in the village that women can use. There is no college or school nearby; the nearest educational institution is one hour away. "These are the issues that matter to me," says Arti, breaking down in tears over why she had to drop out of school after the 8th grade and how she feels her dreams ended when her education did.

Watch their heartbreaking story in their own words.
