With estimated earnings of $44 million during the past year, Gisele Bundchen has topped the list for highest-paid models for the ninth year running – according to a Forbes report Thursday.
Not only did the leggy Brazilian lass out-earn second ranked Cara Delevingne and Adriana Lima ($9 million each) by a whopping $35 million, she also left husband and star quarterback Tom Brady far behind. According to the Forbes analysis, Brady had earnings of $9 million over the same period – which means Bunchen made nearly five times his earnings.
The blonde bombshell has clearly been making more money than any other model since 2002 and continues to cash in on some very lucrative contracts with Chanel and Carolina Herrera. Gisele also has her own line of lingerie – Gisele Bundchen Intimates – which cuts her a rosy paycheck.
After years of wowing the industry and the paprazzi alike for over 20 years, Bundchen bade a teary farewell to the runway in April this year.
