Actor Wentworth Miller of ‘Prison Break’ fame has spoken out about his struggle with depression and addiction as reported by IBN Live.

Wentworth’s revelations came after a highly followed meme-sharing page on Facebook called ‘The LAD Bible’ shared a photo of Miller comparing his look from 2010 with that of his days from Prison Break.

On one side you could see him skinny and emaciated and on the other healthier and happier looking. The photo caption read “When you break out of prison and find out about McDonald’s monopoly”.

Miller spoke about how he had become completely dependent on food as a source of happiness while suffering from depression.

Miller went on to say that though this photo made him very sad, it reminded him of his own strength and perseverance. He further urged people struggling with their problems to come out in the open and talk about them and also provided a list of websites where people with depression or suicidal tendencies can get help.
