Freddy, a towering 7 feet and 6 inches Great Dane in the UK, has officially been crowned the world's biggest dog, according to a media report.

The massive pooch in Essex was officially bestowed the title by the Guinness World Records, The Sun reported.

His favourite snack is an entire roast chicken and peanut butter on toast – but he has also devoured 23 sofas while growing up.

Stoneman told The Star that sitting on the sofa with him was like lying next to a newborn elephant.
