After scores of rallies and speeches, both the candidates released their final messages for the people, in an attempt to convince in the last minute decided and undecided voters to elect them.

Hillary Clinton’s message is one with no frills, and is just her trying to talk to the people one-on-one.

It’s not just my name and my opponent’s name on the ballot, it’s the kind of country we want to leave for our children and grandchildren.
Hillary Clinton

She asks if America is “dark and divisive or hopeful and inclusive”, taking a clear jab at her opponent whose speeches have been filled with vitriol for various sections of society.

I want to be a President for all Americans, not just those who support me in this election.

She pointed out how she has not quit, something that her opponent had said about her during the second presidential debate. She concluded by asking people to create history at the vote, by electing her.

Donald Trump’s message was very different in tone and visuals to his opponent’s, where he tried to incorporate a lot of those sections of society whom he has degraded in the past – including blacks, Asians and Hispanics.

He used visuals of the Clintons, President Obama to point out their shortcomings and “disasters” while they were in positions of power.

The only thing that can stop the corrupt machine is you. I’m doing this for you, I will make America great again.
Donald Trump

While Trump has not spoken of any concrete measures to bring back jobs, to reduce the debt and with his own slew of scandals, and trials awaiting him, this last message is a way to try and sway voters by calling seasoned politicians as bad as the plague.
