The fan club page of National Security Advisor of India Ajit Doval on Facebook shared a poster of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the ‘Dracula of Kashmir’ recently with the claim that students of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) had used such placards and posters to protest against the abrogation of Article 370.

Several social media users shared the post on Twitter and Facebook with similar claims.
TRUE OR FALSE?
While the poster has not been edited or tampered with, it was not put up by AMU students. Rather, it was seen outside the Indian High Commission in London where people were protesting against the abrogation of Article 370.
WHAT WE FOUND OUT
Aligarh police had replied to the tweet shared by the Doval fan club, saying that the poster showing Modi was neither put up in AMU nor by its students.
Consequently, we did a YouTube search using keywords ‘kashmir+protest+modi+dracula’ and found a video uploaded by The Sun on 15 August.
The video is titled ‘Kashmir protests outside London's Indian High Commission.’ At 46:02 minutes, the same poster can be seen.
On 15 August, several people protested against the abrogation of Article 370 outside the Indian embassy in London, Reuters reported.
The protesters waived Pakistani and Kashmiri flags. On Tuesday, Modi spoke to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson about the violence that took place against the Indian High Commission in London.
A statement issued by the foreign ministry said, “Prime Minister Johnson regretted the incident and assured that all necessary steps would be taken to ensure safety and security of the High Commission, its personnel and visitors.”
The Reuters report further added that as many as four people were arrested for obstructing the police and having offensive weapons.
