What did the viral post say?: Those sharing the clip have uploaded it with a caption that said, "Stop the war !! #Iran we are sorry. What are people of Israel saying?."
What are the facts?: The video has been generated using the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and does not show real visuals.
Discrepancies in the viral video: We noticed multiple discrepancies in the viral clip, which included a sudden transition showing a man lifting his fist in one frame and a flag appearing in the next one.
In the background, we found several distorted faces which is usually an indicator of AI-generated visuals.
Team WebQoof also found a watermark that said "Veo" on the bottom-right of the viral clip.
Veo is a tool developed by Google that allows users to generate AI-generated visuals.
What did detection tools show?: We passed the video through two detection tools namely 'Hive Moderation' and 'DeepFake-O-Meter' to further verify the viral clip's authenticity.
The first tool showed over 98 percent probability of the video being an AI-generated one.
Three indicators of the second tool showed a conclusive result, which made it clear that the video was AI.

Conclusion: It is evident that the video was AI-generated and did not show real visuals.
