It was posted on 18 August 2021 and its caption said, "Terrifying shelf cloud in Lviv, Ukraine."
The footage was attributed to one 'Dmytro Shvets'.
Other sources: An online publication named Zaxid.net24 shared a longer version of the viral video on their official YouTube channel on 17 August 2021.
The video's title when translated to English said, "Lviv was covered by a rare cloud called a "thunderstorm collar." Video of the day."
