CLAIM

An article claims that ‘a newly opened restaurant within the city limits is boasting the nation’s first licence to serve human flesh on the menu’.

The article was on Empire News published on March 2016, and states that the restaurant SKIN has “received a licence after petitioning the state and federal governments over laws against cannibalism”.

It further quotes the owner of the restaurant Mario Dorcy who says that the government has conceded to their demand of selling human meat.
