Attacking PM Modi for his alleged failure to fulfil farmers’ demands, Congress President Rahul Gandhi gave the prime minister an 'F' grade for his handling of the agricultural sector in the state, IANS reported.

In a tweet, the Congress president said that the prime minister's crop insurance scheme has largely benefited and filled the coffers of private insurance companies that have raked in huge profits while the "farmers continue to suffer.”
