Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister (CM) Jagan Mohan Reddy's cousin, YS Konda Reddy, was on Monday, 9 May, arrested by the Kadapa Police for allegedly threatening and extorting money from a construction firm for a tender to be awarded to the company.
The arrest came after CM Jagan himself ordered a thorough investigation into the extortion case. "No one should be spared," the CM said.
