Two men were lynched in West Bengal’s Coochbehar district on Thursday, 21 November, for allegedly transporting two stolen cows.The cows were carried in a vehicle without number plate and 13 people have been arrested in connection with the case, reported PTI.Prakash Das and Rabiul Islam – the two men were stopped around 20 villagers after they noticed the animals."They pulled them out and beat them with sticks and stones before torching the vehicle.
