Anjali Gaikwad from Maharashtra and Shreyan Bhattacharya from West Bengal were announced the joint winners of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs on Sunday. The finale was held in Jaipur, and this was the first time that two people lifted the winners trophy in any reality show, the Indian Express said.
The other celebrities who graced the finale event were Kapil Sharma, Bharti Singh, Ravi Dubey and Parag Tyagi.
The show was judged by Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya and Javed Ali along with a 30 member jury and was hosted by Aditya Narayan.
According to the report, 12-year-old Shreyan belonged to Midnapur in West Bengal and was very dear to the judges because of his melodious voice and humility.
11-year-old Anjali hailed from Maharashtra and had joined the show only recently, but her confidence and talent made her a favourite among the judges and the viewers immediately, according to TIE.
The other finalists included Dhroon Tickoo, Shanmukhapriya, Sonakshi Kar and Vaishnav Girish.
