The Nagaland Lottery Department has been released the results of the Dear Eagle Evening lottery at 8 pm on Wednesday, 1st of May, and participants can check the results on the department’s official website which is nagalandlotteries.com.
The lottery is conducted at the Directorate of Nagaland State Lotteries at PR Hill Junction in Kohima.

The winner of the lottery will get Rs 26.01 lakh, while the person holding the second position will get Rs 9,000. The third, fourth and the fifth position prizes are sums of Rs 500, Rs 250 and Rs 120. A consolation prize of Rs 1,000 is also awarded to multiple winners.
There is catch to getting the winning amount though, the state doesn’t accept any tampered tickets. Tickets which are not in a good condition are not entitled to any prize and any person claiming prize money with a tampered ticket could be sued in a court of law, according to the details available on their official website. The participants of the lottery are advised to go through the instructions given on their website.
The winners are advised to verify their lottery ticket numbers with the results published in the Nagaland government gazette and claim their prizes by filling up the form which is available on their website.
The winners should fill the form neatly and clearly showing the Name, Postal Address, Name of the Lottery that they won, Prize amount they have won, their valid PAN Number, Contact Number and Bank details like Bank Account Number, IFSC code, Name of the Bank and Branch, cancelled Cheque etc., and submit their claims of Taxable Prizes to The Director of Nagaland State Lotteries.
If any prize money is won by people outside Nagaland then that is paid in the form of Demand Draft/RTGS after deducting commission, on drafts and postal charges as applicable while prize money to winners within Nagaland is paid in the form of cheque/through RTGS .
