MNS Threatens Fawad Khan’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, Pakistani Artists

The Maharashtra Navnirman Chitrapat Karmachari Sena (MNCKS) leader, Amey Khopkar, threatened artists from Pakistan living in India to leave the country.

Another MNS worker, Shalini Thackeray, threatened to not let Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil release as it stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. Incidentally, the threat came on the day the trailer of the movie was released.

We give a 48-hour deadline to Pakistani actors and artists to leave India or the MNS will push them out.

The faction of the political party have opposed to the Mahindra Singh Dhoni biopic as well as a press meet by Vidarbha Rajya Andolan Samiti this month.

Last year, the Shiv Sena had forced Ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali’s concert to be cancelled when the ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) were at its peak.
