Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday. Manushi chose to wear a simple and elegant white anarkali for the occasion. The beauty pageant winner tweeted about being all excited at meeting the PM earlier in the day.

Manushi was accompanied by her parents and her brother and, PM Modi too tweeted about the meeting.
Manushi was also in Haryana for the first time after her win on Thursday, where she met with the state Chief Minister ML Khattar.
The Haryana CM also announced that free supply of sanitary napkins will be provided to girls in all schools of the state to further promote projects that spread awareness about menstrual hygiene, since Manushi Chhillar has been actively spreading awareness about menstrual hygiene.
